Giving Back

Ecostrata believes in the power of philanthropy and supporting local causes. Our team members serve as volunteer board members of local charities, including Arbor Day Foundation, Bike Walk Coral Gables, Waterway Neighborhood Association, and South Florida Cub Scout Pack 280. We also make annual donations to multiple local 501c3 clients to demonstrate our sincere appreciation and ongoing support of their mission and community impact.

Gables Bike Day

Led by a group of committed volunteers, Gables Bike Day was founded in 2011 and has since been an annual event. The organization is dedicated to improving the quality of life of Coral Gables citizens through program and events that promote the accessibility of streets and trails for cyclists and pedestrians. Ecostrata secures all sponsorship dollars.

Green Spaces

As a volunteer member, and current Chair of the Miami Dade’s Planning Board, Ecostrata’s Founder, Robert Ruano supports the protection of green spaces and limited development.

Cycling vs Traffic

Traffic is a big issue in Miami-Dade County. Ecostrata is dedicated to cycling infrastructure that ensures a multi-modal environment.
